Can you draw figures 1 and 2 on a piece of paper without taking your pencil off the paper and without drawing any additional lines or repeating any lines?

Figure 3 shows a strip of paper. Can you colour it on both sides to make a coloured decorative ring without taking your colouring pen off the paper?
